Gate Gourmet prepares fresh airline food for the world’s major airlines on-site within the UK’s largest airports.
The Hygienik team created large foodsafe areas within existing buildings at Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester Airports.
Over 3,000 square metres of hygienic wall cladding was used to create new partition walls and ceilings. Personnel and access doors were added as required.
At Heathrow Airport ducting was installed at the same time as the ceilings by M&E contractors. The Manchester Airport photos show a screeded floor before safety flooring was added to create a foodsafe environment.
